Effective 2026 · First Pass Resume · Long Beach, CA · [email protected]
Full refund if you cancel before drafting begins.
Every order includes one revision round. Send consolidated feedback within 14 days of receiving your first draft.
If you are still unhappy after the revision, ask within 7 days of receiving the revised documents for a 50% refund. You keep the files.
If you send at least 15 applications using our resume to roles that match the target we agreed on, within 60 days of final delivery, and get no interview invitation or recruiter call, email us within 75 days of final delivery with the list (company, role, date applied). We will do one free rewrite with a new angle. This is a rewrite, not a refund, and does not promise any outcome.
Interviews, offers, salary, or ATS ranking. Delivered work after the partial-refund window. Delays caused by missing information we asked for.
